Roberta Active Change Policy

At Roberta Active, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to make changes to your purchases. For this reason, we offer you an easy and uncomplicated exchange policy.

To make a change:

If you have any questions about your items and your purchase was made within the last 30 days, you can change it. The product must be unused and unwashed, with hang tags and proof of purchase.

Communication:

To start the change process, send an email to logisticarobertaactive@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message by clicking on the icon visible in the lower right corner of your screen. Provide your name or order number, the item you want to change, the size, color, and item you want to receive.

How to send my articles?

Once the communication is established, we will send you a pre-loaded parcel guide with the destination data to your email. Just print the guide, close the package correctly and stick the guide on the outside of the package so that the barcode is visible.

Prosecution:

As soon as we receive your package, we will notify you and process the change within the next 24 hours. If everything is in accordance with our change policy, we will send you your new activewear with a new guide that you can track in real time.

Cost.

You will only have to pay $95 MXN (ninety-five Mexican pesos).

Return policy:

At the moment, Roberta Active does not offer returns.
